Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class is a 6-week hybrid curriculum for today's busy families, providing the best and up to date evidence-based information to your hands in a way you can understand.
This class works to provide personalized mentorship with the convenience of being able to do most everything from the safety, comfort, and intimacy of your own home.
**Classes are limited to 6 couples per class.
In the EBB® Childbirth Class we will:
Discuss your rights and options in childbirth
Practice ways to remove any fear factors from birth and replace them with positivity and confidence
Help you feel educated to make informed decisions as you navigate your birth
Prepare you to advocate for yourself
Support your decision in unmedicated OR medicated births
Discusses hospital interventions
Learn the importance of support before, during and after your birthing time
Practice comfort measures and birthing positions
Discuss postpartum care
Provide you with the option of watching the bonus breastfeeding and newborn care videos.

Mentorship from Jessica, experienced labor and delivery nurse and EBB Instructor
Five weeks of online videos for you and your partner to watch together

Birth Story Reunion with your babies! This will provide you with a chance to debrief after your birth in a safe space. (Processing your experience is very important!)

About Your Mentor:
After witnessing a birth at 15, I decided I would become a labor and delivery nurse - and I did! I loved my role, I craved the adrenaline that came with every birth, the emotions that poured from new mamas + tearful partners. I thrived on building a relationship with the birthing couple, and playing such an intimate role during this chapter in their lives.
BUT… I began to noticed how politics, charting, understaffing, and budgets were often driving forces behind patient care and I began to feel so frustrated + restricted on the care I was allowed to render as a bedside nurse.
I decided that I was going to use my knowledge + experience to help expecting families in another way. I would still support, mentor, advocate for, and witness this amazing journey but this time outside of the hospital where I can now freely encourage advocating for yourself, having a voice in your care, open discussion with your care team from the beginning of your 3rd trimester, and to understanding all that is happening throughout your birthing experience.
